More than 20 million people in the UK have now had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. That’s an incredible achievement.
Because it’s clear that vaccination is the only route to freedom from COVID-19. So we all need to do our part to make the UK’s vaccine programme a success.
And employers will play a crucial role in this process.
Our attitudes in the workplace will have a huge impact on whether employees feel confident enough to take the vaccine. And our actions when managing staff will determine how easy it is for them to attend their appointments.
