Mark Owen – Health & Safety Expert
Mark teamed up with Peninsula in 2002 as a retained solicitor, advising its clients on a range of issues surrounding employment law and health & safety.
He previously worked as a partner at Weightmans, a top 45 UK law firm, and built considerable experience across the company’s three focuses of commercial, insurance and public sector law.
Mark now works from Peninsula’s Manchester head office. He specialises in helping small businesses with both regulatory investigations and prosecutions in Crown and Magistrates’ Courts.
He is also a member of the Health & Safety Lawyers’ Association, and uses this expertise to present online video content for Peninsula—examining subjects such as the effects of employment law changes on SMEs.
